Just a little snap of my biggest sweeties! We do not own this fancy little ride. We were visiting family of family. Does that make sense? We were swimming at my niece's mother-in-law's (who is the sweetest, by the way) house. We have a cute little pink jeep at our house, but of course the girls don't want to ride it that one.

I chose this photo today because I was going for the siblings prompt.

I think I have three other photos of Emily just like this one. She's in different clothes, of course, but they are pretty much all the same. I'm stuck in a bit of a rut. Takin' a class right now though so that's good! Maybe I'll get some fresh ideas and a new outlook on this photography thing.

Sweet, sweet Emily. The bargain talker. The con artist of sorts. The "I can talk you into anything and beg like a dog" child.

Today, Emily and I took part in the Walk for Lupus Now at Piedmont Park.  We were there to support my sweet cousin, Robin, in her fight against Lupus.  We had a fantastic time talking, giggling and walking in support of her and others that are fighting this disease.  I was able to catch up with old friends and family and spend some quality time with my best eight year old.  Emily and I spent all afternoon at the park and we loved every minute of it. 

(My selfie for the month of April...taken with my sweet girl...the same one that scored THREE goals during her soccer game this morning!  It seems as though she has found her aggressiveness as far as sports is concerned.)

Well...today's photo didn't actually go as planned so I'm dumping the prompt for the day. 

I had a sweet idea in mind, but Second Born refused to cooperate with me and did nothing but cry her face off.  By the time she got herself (and her puffy eyes) together, First Born didn't want to cooperate with Second Born.

So today's photo is brought to you by First Born.....only. 

And?  I LOVE it.  Way better than my original idea....isn't that always the case?
